‘Last year was the first year I have been single and I have to say I am so much happier for it. I went to a retreat in Nepal where there was no talking, no phones, no clocks and I had a personal breakthrough.
‘The good things in my life are family and my work. The other stuff – relationships – I can stop worrying about because right now it is not meant to be. My life has panned out in ways that no one would ever have expected and I want to keep pushing that’, she added.
